We want to prevent any issues that may come up as you browse through our collection of handmade jewelry, so we’ve provided comprehensive answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. Yes, you can find eGift cards in the drop down box on the top right of the home screen. If you have any questions or problems please feel free to let us know in the contact us options. 

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by Gigi's Precious Gems. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a jeweler other than Gigi's Precious Gems cannot be returned.  We may deduct a return shipping fee from your return.

We happily take Master Card, Discover, Visa, Paypal, debit, Venmo. If merchant fees apply it will be added to your invoice at time of check out.
